To provide tournament match lobbies, verify gameplay rules, and process cash prizes, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Profile Information: Your username, mobile phone number, and email address collected during registration.
  • Game ID Verification: Your official Free Fire User ID (UID) and in-game name (IGN) to ensure room check-ins and verify leaderboard scores.
  • Transaction Logs: Deposit and withdrawal details including transaction ID, UPI ID, or Paytm wallet number to process prize distributions. We do not store sensitive credit/debit card numbers or bank net banking credentials.
  • Device Telemetry: Device ID, IP address, and OS parameters collected programmatically solely for anti-cheat verification and multi-account abuse detection.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal and gaming telemetry information strictly for the following operational workflows:

  • Managing user registration, security verification, and game lobby entries.
  • Verifying match outcomes, leaderboard placements, and allocating rewards to wallet accounts.
  • Processing UPI/Paytm withdrawals and securing online merchant transaction settlements.
  • Detecting and banning cheaters, hacks, emulator bypass configurations, and other illegal actions to maintain tournament integrity.
  • Communicating critical tournament details, updates, and maintenance schedules via SMS, email, or Telegram channels.

We secure your data using advanced encryption methods. All server communications utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology. Telemetry logs and transaction histories are stored on protected cloud systems with strict permission controls. We restrict access to database parameters to authorized personnel only.

We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal details to advertising agencies or third-party marketers. We only disclose information under the following limited conditions:

You can update your game ID or registration parameters within the profile settings panel in the App. If you wish to delete your Killoria Battle profile, clear transaction histories, or request complete account erasure, you can submit an official request to our support desk at support@killoriabattle.com. We will process your deletion request within 14 working days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to accommodate adjustments in App features or Indian IT compliance guidelines. When revisions occur, we will post the updated document on this page and notify active players via an in-app banner or Telegram update.
