1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or registering an account on the Killoria Battle mobile application (the "App"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease accessing our platform.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Killoria Battle organizes competitive skill-based esports tournaments. Participation is governed by the following strict eligibility mandates:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in paid tournaments.
• Territorial Restrictions: Under local state regulations governing pay-to-play skill games, residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland are restricted from participating in paid match entries. Free-to-play matches remain open to all states.
• Accurate Details: You must provide your genuine mobile number and official Free Fire User ID (UID) during signup. Multiple accounts created by a single user are subject to permanent suspension.

3. Skill-Based Gaming and Fair Play

Our matches are strictly games of skill, where outcomes are determined by strategy, reflexes, and tactical coordination. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating:

• Banned Configurations: Use of aimbots, wallhacks, texture modifications, or third-party emulator bypass clients will result in an immediate and permanent device-level ban.
• Verification: Lobbies are managed by system administrators. Leaderboards are updated after matching gameplay records and logs. Decisions made by administrators regarding hacks, tie-breaks, or match re-runs are final and binding.

4. Wallet Transactions and Withdrawals

Your virtual wallet stores deposit balances (used for match registrations) and winning balances (prizes from matches):

• deposits: Balance deposited into the wallet cannot be directly withdrawn. It must be used as entry fees to participate in tournaments.
• withdrawals: Earnings can be withdrawn directly via UPI or Paytm wallets. The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹50. Winnings are processed within 24 hours of initiating a transfer request.
• Taxes: Users are solely responsible for checking and paying income taxes on withdrawals as per prevailing Indian Direct Tax laws. We reserve the right to deduct TDS under applicable sections.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Entry fees are non-refundable except under the following conditions:

• A scheduled tournament is cancelled by administration due to matchmaking lobby issues or server downtime.
• A player registers for a match slot but the lobby does not reach the minimum required capacity to start.
• No refunds will be granted if a player fails to join the room code before the start timer, gets kicked out for using unsupported characters/devices, or disconnects during the match.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All app interfaces, site components, branding, graphics, logos, and custom code are the exclusive property of Killoria Battle. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to download the APK for personal, non-commercial use on your mobile device.

Disclaimer: Free Fire and all related assets, characters, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Garena International. Killoria Battle operates as an independent tournament facilitator and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Garena.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any in-game connection lag, server issues on Garena's end, device compatibility drops, hardware failures, or payment gateway delays. Under no circumstances shall Killoria Battle be liable for financial losses resulting from player actions during tournaments.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
