Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Killoria Battle mobile application or website, operated by AnshuLab. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility & Registration

To use Killoria Battle, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and participate in tournaments.
  • Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian consent before using the platform.
  • Multiple accounts per user are permitted. However, creating accounts with the intent to exploit bonuses, referral rewards, or manipulate tournament outcomes is strictly prohibited.
  • Registration does not currently require email or phone number verification. You are responsible for providing accurate in-game information (Free Fire UID and username).
  • You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

2. Platform Services

Killoria Battle exclusively provides Free Fire tournament services, including:

  • Free Tournaments: Open to all registered users at no entry cost. Prize pools may be limited.
  • Paid Tournaments: Require an entry fee deducted from your Killoria Battle wallet. Higher entry fees typically correspond to higher prize pools.
  • Tournament formats include Solo, Duo, and Squad lobbies as available on the platform.
  • Prize money is credited to your in-app wallet shortly after the conclusion and verification of each match.

3. Tournament Rules & Fair Play

All participants must strictly comply with tournament rules to ensure a fair and competitive environment:

  • You must submit your accurate Free Fire UID and in-game name at the time of tournament registration.
  • Entering a tournament room on behalf of another player is not permitted.
  • Any use of hacks, aimbots, speed cheats, third-party scripts, modified game files, or emulators during a match is a serious violation.
  • Teaming up with opponents, intentionally losing, or any form of match manipulation is prohibited.
  • Players found cheating or using unfair means will face permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all wallet balances without appeal.
  • Match results are determined and verified by Killoria Battle's administrative team. All decisions made by Killoria Battle admins are final and binding.

4. Wallet, Prizes & Withdrawals

Prize winnings are managed through your in-app Killoria Battle wallet:

  • Prize money is credited to your wallet shortly after each match result is verified.
  • Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours of submission.
  • Supported withdrawal methods include: UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI-supported payment applications.
  • You must ensure the UPI ID or payment app details you provide are accurate. Killoria Battle is not liable for transfers made to incorrect payment details supplied by the user.
  • Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for fraud or rule violations before processing.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and limits may be set by the platform and are subject to change.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Killoria Battle platform:

  • Using any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
  • Impersonating Killoria Battle admins, staff, or other users.
  • Creating fake accounts for the purpose of exploiting referral or bonus systems.
  • Attempting to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform or its servers.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about Killoria Battle or AnshuLab.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Killoria Battle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to the platform or other users. In such cases:

  • All pending withdrawal requests may be declined and wallet balances may be voided.
  • Account termination decisions are final and are not subject to reversal unless AnshuLab determines a genuine error has occurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, code, and features of Killoria Battle are the exclusive intellectual property of AnshuLab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the application for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Killoria Battle without express written permission from AnshuLab.

8. Disclaimers

Killoria Battle is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AnshuLab makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding platform availability, prize amounts, or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify tournament structures, entry fees, prize pools, or any platform feature at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or our official channels. Continued use of Killoria Battle after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
